Not all of the moaning and groaning over at the Queen’s Park Ontario Legislative Building is from our bureaucrats. No, there are actual ghosts haunting these hallowed halls as well.

For this Ides, we were inspired by the story of "The White Lady", a ghost who’s said to have been haunting the building since it first opened in 1893. The previous building on the site was an  asylum for clinically insane women before it was demolished to build Queen's Park.

We hope that The White Lady finds solace in this white IPA, with its bold, aromatic hop profile and spicy notes of orange peel and coriander and that, should we ever find ourselves walking the haunted halls of parliament, she’ll spare us a fright.

Taste: Lime, grapefruit, and tangerine lead into floral and spicy notes with light bready notes supporting.  Medium bitterness dries out the finish, leaving pithy citrus and floral notes lingering on the palate.
Overall impression: A strong Witbier with a large amount of American hop character enhancing the traditional citrus and floral notes.  Scary drinkable.
FORMAT: 473ml can. Tax & deposits included in price.
